Skyward Activation: 

Skyward Student Information Family Access- Instructions for accessing your Skyward account were emailed on 12/17/25. Please contact help@d230.org for assistance with accessing Skyward. 

D230 Enrollment Form: 

Due March 1: The D230 Enrollment Form is used to gather important information about our students and families, including birth certificates and custody documents . Please follow these Instructions to complete the D230 Enrollment Form.

Course Selection: 

Course selection is a vital component of your student's four-year plan at Victor J. Andrew High School. While the initial selection process is now complete, we require your final review to ensure accuracy. We ask that you please carefully review your student’s course requests in the Skyward Course Request Tile  and complete the Course Selection Confirmation form to confirm parent/guardian approval and accuracy, or request changes. 

Course selection will close and no changes will be made after February 6, 2026.  If we do not receive a response by February 6, 2026, your student's current course requests will be finalized and no changes will be made. Thank you for your partnership in course selection for your student.

Course placements in the core disciplines will be emailed. Please review these recommendations as a family. Families wishing to speak with division administration regarding placements should complete the VJA Waiver Request form and the appropriate administration will be in contact.  

Health Forms: Due by May 1, 2026

Health Office - Select the “Incoming Freshman” tile to view/print, and complete all required health documents. Health documents are submitted via Skyward. 

Residency: 

Residency is run through CLEAR. Families that need to prove residency will be notified. 

Schedule Release: 

Schedules are released via Skyward in August. All required Enrollment Forms, Online Consent, Residency, Fees, and Health forms are required prior to the release of the schedule.
