4-YEAR COURSE PLANNING
Whether your student is looking to learn some hands- on skills or explore a career as an engineer, auto technician, carpenter, or electrician, these classes will prepare them for those experiences. Tell your counselor which classes interest you when you are registering.
FREE COLLEGE CREDIT COURSES
- Computer Repair: 5 Credit Hours
- Electronics 1: 3 Credit Hours
- Electronics 2: 3 Credit Hours
- Autos 1, 2, and 3: 4 Credit Hours
As a projects-based department, students are given in-class hands-on projects that will benefit them their whole lives. Examples are how to change oil, how to install a light switch, how to fix a computer, render special effects in Photoshop, and much more.
