Family & Consumer Science (FACS)

The VJA FACS Department is committed to providing curriculum, instruction, and assessment which will actively involve future generations so that they may become knowledgeable and skilled in the areas of food preparation, nutrition, personal health and well being, money and home management, family and human relationships, child development, and creative aspects of design. We believe that our courses provide experiences, which advance personal, educational, and occupational goals.
