Robotics
The VJA Robotics and Engineering Team is a hub for creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork! Whether you're a seasoned builder or a total beginner, this club is the perfect place to dive into the exciting world of robotics. Students collaborate to design, build, and program custom robots, tackling unique challenges throughout the season. We participate in different events at the SouthWorks Olympics (April 12, 2025) and host our own Sumo Survival battle bots style competition in March. All skill levels are welcome—just bring your curiosity and commitment! Team members must be dedicated from January through April as we work together to build something amazing. Join us and be part of an innovative and supportive team! Have questions? Reach out to Mrs. Trokey via email or visit her in room S362.
Meeting Information: Please join our Google Classroom (code = hpfrkji) to stay up-to-date with meeting times and other important announcements. Our meetings are held every Thursday after school in room S362 (alternative room = 340). Meetings typically last an hour, but longer meetings are to be expected during our competition season January - April.
