Mathletes
Students interested in mathematics participate in competitions against other suburban schools in the SWSC Conference. Written and oral competitions are held once a month on Wednesday evenings between September – February. A statewide regional competition is held on a Saturday at the end of February, with possible advancement to the state competition in late April at Illinois State University. This activity serves as a strong enrichment to the honors level mathematics curriculum.
