REPORT FROM HEAD COACH
Emma is the youngest member on our varsity team and our #1 singles player as a sophomore. Despite being one of the youngest athletes competing at the IHSA State Finals, she was able to win a singles match against the always tough Evanston which earned her the honor of becoming one of the top 48 players in the state. This is the first time we have had a singles player earn this honor since 2016. Emma's win contributed to our team score helping us to place as a top 20 state team, an honor we have not achieved for the past 9 seasons. We are extremely proud of Emma for rising to all the challenges she has faced this season!
